3.Usipashe chakula kwenye microwave kwa kutumia chombo cha plastic.
KUMBUKA plastic ikikutana na joto inatoa kemikali inayosababisha aina 52 za cancer.
Kwahiyo Wafahamishe wote uwapendao ili waepukane na madhara haya.
