STAA wa filamu Bongo, Jacqueline Wolper Masawe ‘Jack Wolper’ amejikuta akitumika kwenye utapeli wa mamilioni ya shilingi kupitia mitandao ya kijamii bila yeye kujua,limeinyaka.
Akizungumzia sakata zima huku alibubujikwa na machozi, Wolper alisema: “Siku moja nilikutana na dereva teksi mmoja aitwaye Ismail, baada ya kupiga stori nilimpa namba yangu ya simu na yeye akanipa yake, tukaagana.

“Siku chache baadaye Ismail akanipigia simu na kuniuliza kulikoni naomba sana watu wanisaidie pesa kwenye WhatsApp kwa ahadi ya kuwarejeshea?“Akaniambia kama nina tatizo bora wakati mwingine nimshirikishe kuliko kila kukicha kuombaomba pesa.
“Hapo ndipo nikagundua kuna mtu kajisajili kwa jina la Jacqueline Masawe na hata kwenye namba nyingine za simu anazotumia kuomba watu pesa, amejisaliji kwa jina hilohilo.“Pia kwenye Facebook, WhatsApp anatumia picha zangu, hapo ndipo nikagundua kuwa, kuna mtu anatapeli watu kupitia jina langu,” alisema Wolper.

Akaongeza kuwa, baada ya kugundua utapeli huo akashangaa wanajitokeza watu wakisema wanamdai ambapo imebainika mtu huyo alikuwa kakopa pesa kwa watu tofauti zinazofikia shilingi milioni 10 lakini wengi walimuelewa hivyo kuripoti tukio hilo kwa vyombo vinavyohusika ili kumsaka mtuhumiwa.
TAHADHARI YA MHARIRI
Baadhi ya watu wamekuwa wakitapeli kupitia njia ya mtandao hivyo ni vyema kila mmoja kuwa makini ili kuepukana na matatizo kama yaliyomkuta Wolper.
